Why we built it

Most testing labs still run on a patchwork of Excel sheets, paper registers, WhatsApp messages and standalone accounting tools. Reports get delayed, samples get missed, invoices go unreconciled, and accreditation audits become stressful. GenLIMS was born inside a working laboratory to fix exactly these problems — and then refined through years of real, daily lab operations before becoming a product.
