These Terms govern your use of the GenLIMS software and the genlims.in website, operated by GenSkyTech. By registering, purchasing a subscription or using the software, you agree to these Terms.
GenLIMS is a Laboratory Information Management System provided as a subscription (managed cloud) or as a licensed self-hosted installation. Features depend on the plan and modules you purchase.
You agree to provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and your installation's users.
Subscriptions run for the period purchased and must be renewed to continue use. If a subscription lapses, the software locks until renewal; your data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse.
Software use is governed by the End User License Agreement. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or tamper with the software or its licensing mechanism.
Your laboratory's data belongs to you. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to store your clients' information in the system.
We aim for high availability of managed hosting and the license service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided during Indian business hours through the contact channels on this website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenSkyTech's total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using reports generated by your laboratory.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered place of business of GenSkyTech shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
