Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial first

We encourage every lab to use the free trial and live demo before purchasing, so you know exactly what you are buying.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to projects.genskytech@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active until its end date.

Refunds

• Within 7 days of first purchase: if GenLIMS does not work as described and our team cannot resolve the issue, you get a full refund of that payment.
• Renewal payments: refundable in full if requested within 48 hours of the renewal charge and the renewed period has not been used.
• Setup/onboarding fees: non-refundable once onboarding work has started.
• Self-hosted perpetual licenses: refundable within 7 days of purchase if the license has not been activated.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Service delivery

Subscriptions and licenses are delivered electronically. Managed-cloud accounts are activated within 1 working day of payment; license keys and self-hosted packages are delivered by email. See the Service Delivery Policy.
