How delivery works
Free trial: activated within 1 working day of your registration; access details are sent to your registered email and phone.
Managed cloud subscription: your installation is provisioned and activated within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
Self-hosted license: the protected software package and your signed license file are delivered by email within 2 working days, with installation support included.
Renewals and upgrades: applied to your existing installation automatically, usually within minutes of payment and always within 24 hours.
If you do not receive access within these timelines, contact projects.genskytech@gmail.com and we will resolve it on priority.
